The love of the natural world and the enjoyment of photography as a means to capture it have been a lifelong passion.

Although taking portraits of British butterflies is currently my primary interest, I enjoy all aspects of natural history photography including subjects such as birds, animals, moths, dragonflies, flowers and landscapes.

I hope that my images will encourage others to take an interest in the natural world and also in photography as a means to promote it. All of my photographs are available free of charge to any Nature Conservation organisation and particularly Butterfly Conservation and the Wildlife Trusts.

All photographs are currently taken with Canon digital cameras and Canon lenses.
